Alison has
a wide range of skills and knowledge based on experience in leadership and
operational business roles as well as Consulting, Project Management, Change
Management and Governance.
She has a passion is for creating and
enhancing organisational environments to enable the development of high
performance groups and staff well being. As an experienced facilitator, coach
and change manager, she has the ability to guide and translate strategic intent
into operational effectiveness that has a sustainable impact.

customer, team, objective or project has its individual challenges; therefore
Alison carefully selects the methodology to suit each client’s specific needs
based on her wealth of life and business experience, including various
specialist techniques & disciplines, common sense and creativity.
Alison has trained and qualified as a
Company Director and is a member of the Institute of Directors
