Alison has a wide range of skills and knowledge based on experience in leadership and operational business roles as well as Consulting, Project Management, Change Management and Governance.

As an experienced facilitator, coach and change manager, she has the ability to guide and translate strategic intent into operational effectiveness that has a sustainable impact.
