Strategic Journeys is based in Albury NSW Australia and was founded by Gary and Margaret Saliba in 1994.

We work with people to assist them to understand and manage uncertainty and complexity. Our approach involves the use of tools and techniques associated with systems thinking and mapping, scenario planning and values assessment. Our work is diverse ranging from developing models of organisational identity and the design of organisations based on cybernetic principles to developing corporate plans and personal coaching work. Our focus is to assist people and their organisation to undertake transformative change.
