Shar is an accomplished woman. An author, managing director of an international consulting business, a professional axiologist, values mentor and a mother, in a modern family with three teenagers, (two sons and a step daughter).

Shar is one of the few female Thought Leader Partners and is a founding member and lead coordinator of the “How to build a Village” project.

Shar has focused her values work on ways for women to become clear about what they really want from their life and finding ways to manifest those ‘things’ for themselves. Her unique ‘Clear Choices©’ program acknowledges women’s individuality and supports them to increase the love, light and laughter in their lives.
