People who have undertaken the AVI Accreditation Program automatically become Members of the Minessence Group (Values Consultants) . The Organizations to which Values Consultants belong are referred to as Affiliates of the Minessence Group. Each Affiliate Organisation has one or more AVI websites. An Intranet, referred to as MissionControl, links all Affiliates, Values Consultants and Clients/Employees who have completed the AVI.

Key Affiliates, because of their extensive experience and knowledge in the values field, have specialized roles/responsibilities within the Minessence Group. The Key Affiliates are listed below:

	Shar is an author, managing director of an international consulting business, a values mentor and sits on the leadership council of ‘Thought Leaders Global’ an organization that develops innovative thinkers. With her Clear Choices Values work, Shar has focused on ways for women to become clear about what they really want from their life and on finding ways they can manifest those ‘things’ for themselves. Her unique ‘Clear Choices©’ program acknowledges women’s individuality and supports them to increase the love, light and laughter in their lives. 	Magma Effect - Based in the North West of England, Magma Effect Limited was founded by Jackie Le Fèvre, Dave Taylor and Val McKie. Magma Effect are passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to uncover different ways to get things done, ways that harness the power of every ones values releasing remarkable performance. How we work depends on the client and what they want to explore. Magma Effect have particular expertise with organisations working for social benefit.
	Value Mentors - Founded by Gunther M. Weil, Value Mentors provides primary support for Minessence Group - USA . At Value Mentors we work with leaders and organizations who understand that leveraging the interaction of strategy and organizational culture is the key to sustainable success. We seek to help you develop an organization that promotes growing productivity, innovation, pro-active relationships with customers and strategic partners and which attracts and retains highly motivated, high performing employees who find meaning in their work.
	Values AT Work - are Corporate Anthropologists. Founded by Michael Henderson, Shar Henderson and Dougal Thompson. Values AT Work specialise in providing clients with pioneering values methodology for developing their ability to, understand their organisational cultures, align their business strategies with their various organisational cultures, engage their employees with the organisation and their role within it, provide a more meaning-full work place for their employees.
