I recently put together a brief article summarising the difference between IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Intelligence) and SQ (Spiritual Intelligence). In writing the article I realised there was an obvious correlation between capability (competency) - developed mainly through IQ, will (motivation) - developed mainly through EQ, and Focus (meaning) - developed mainly through SQ.
