My primary areas of responsibilities are:

to day' business

- Running Accreditation Workshops for our values methodology and tools

research
- Creating workplace culture related publications
- Heading up
ScreenGreen Studios which makes green screen videos and audio podcasts for
Cultures AT Work and clients.
I have been working with values and culture in
relation to personal and organizational performance, for over 20 years. and my
interest and work in this area started when managing a team of classified
advertising sales reps in New Zealand.
I spent 4 years designing and leading
experientially based, outdoor adventure, leadership & team building programmes,
before settling to focus on developing methodologies for educating and skilling
people in working with personal and company values and unlocking the power of
culture.
Nowadays my main adrenalin buzz comes from cooking a meal that looks
vaguely similar to the picture in the recipe (and tastes acceptable), and
getting to the wharf in time to catch the ferry from my home on Waiheke Island.
