Heather has helped corporations, executives and professionals around the world to integrate purpose and performance, to know and actualise the uniqueness and wisdom of their own values in action.
She has held senior executive postings in large Australian companies, and consulted globally as head of The Foresight Faculty for more than a decade.
Among other major projects, Heather designed, developed and implemented Cochlear Limited’s global Values Integration program, instrumental in Australian Financial Review’s best Australian company award.
She currently assists individuals as well as corporate and family systems through her practice in Macquarie Street, Sydney.
