Karynne Courts

Karynne began her journey to presenting and facilitating with the coordination and management of a University supervised study group for rural women and a playgroup for children as well as managing the bookwork and employees of a sheep station in south west Queensland.

Over the past fifteen years, Karynne has had a multitude of roles in management, facilitation, PR, and sales and within all of these roles Karynne knew it was vital to cultivate values within the different organisations she worked with.

Her experiences have seen Karynne presenting and facilitating workshops around Australia and internationally, designing and delivering exciting workshops on Change, Leadership and Technology issues for companies like AGL, IBM, AMP, QBE, Communico, Adapt Business Technologies and The Benevolent Society.

For eight years Karynne has worked extensively in the values field and is well known for her fun workshops and her zealous approach to her work. Providing leadership development, executive coaching, and cultural change initiatives, Karynne applies her personal experiences with her professional expertise to create a unique and stimulating environment for those she works with.

From facilitating a twenty week music program for children with special needs in a predominantly Aboriginal school in north west New South Wales to co-facilitating a values-based change program for the Australian Military over twelve months, Karynne’s experiences speak almost as much as her passion!

Karynne lives in Sydney with her partner, two daughters, and her dog, and of all four family members the dog is most favoured for his undying love and for not coming home at three in the morning before she is due to give a presentation.
