Phil is a Mechanical Engineer who has worked in engineering and maintenance for
23 years. Focussing originally on business systems and now on behaviour and motivation,
he has worked within the Oil industry and mining within Australia Chile and the
UK.
Currently working in BHP Billiton Business Excellence Group, supporting networking
within the technical functions of the group.
Phil is also studying social psychology at UNE.
