As Shar asks, “How is it possible to have a strong and
effective relationship with others if we haven't first developed one with ourselves?”
Shar is also the Managing Director of Values At Work,
an internationally recognised team of Corporate Anthropologists, specialising in
individual and group values alignment. She is the co-author of Leading through Values,
written with husband Michael Henderson and Dougal Thompson.
Shar’s professional background includes 10 years flying
with the Royal New Zealand Airforce corporate executive and strategic management
roles. She has a second dan in martial arts, mother of two entertaining teenage
boys and a beautiful stepdaughter.
